Got my FK's fitted at Performance Driven in Taunton, one of the 1st dealers nearly 3 years ago. They offer lifetime warranty as an authorised FK dealer/fitter. That swayed me and the fact they are TUV approved, unlike GAZ for example which many people have complained of springs being too hard.
They are probably the best mod I have ever done to my Valver, up there with chip which seems to make car more drivable but the speed you can corner and lane change on coilovers is amazing.
I went for the highsport and at the same time went for the top bearings too as its good to replace at same time. Installation is important and Performance Driven did a good job which was free at tee time so made my price of circa £400 good value. At £330 for this deal they are a steal.
Remember that Mk1 FK's don't seem to have as much movement to adjust camber so the more you lower the more you run negative camber. Think I was negative 2.5-3.5 after a renault specialist noticed the fixing bolts he unscrewed to fit a strut brace also affected camber. An expensive lesson as it cost a bit to sort out at Northampton Motorsport but they set up very well, compensating for weight on drivers side when driving.
So would recommend FK's unreservedly on a Valver. Get top bearings too from FK and supertracker or similar camber adjustment bolts. And get fitted properly.
If you still get the lifetime warranty that is good. You also get spanners to adjust coilovers and the coilovers don't round off like some other makes. You also get a can of spray stuff to keep them lubricated.
