How do ppl rate Focal component speakers dont kno the exact code for them but a bloke at me work is selling me a set next month for 80 squid is that a bargin or not ne feed bak wud be gud

Find out the model number and then check out what they are going for new, he may tell you theyre a bargin but Id personally check it out first.

depends mate, i was debating them or infinity. they were going cheap at work cause one of the models had been discontinued but the only prob i found with the focals was they were really good with the bass when they were in the board in the shop but once in the car they sounded sh*t, the tweeters are not as good as the infinitys plus the tweeters dont have the best fittings egt flush mountings. i would rather spend a bit more money and go for some infinity kappa components 65.5cs. they have better clarity on the tweeter and sound loads better and they look the dogs, need a good amp on them though.

if you wanna go all out then go for boston quartz or momo polks

oh yeah the only reason i know is cause i work for halfords (ripspeed)
