Fog light on dash comes on when I brake....

Yeah, basically as the title says! When I brake the rear fog light indication light comes on, just flickers. Ranges from barely visible to full on, then goes off.
I thought it was an earthing issue, still think so. But went to check the earth connections and found that a brake light glass was lose and the bulb wasn't working. Swapped that out and it didn't do this anymore.
But then the other day it was doing it. I put it down to it being wet as it was tanking it down, as the next day it didn't do it. But it has started to do it again.
Brake lights come on when they should and so do the fogs. Fog lights don't come on when I brake, just the dash light for them.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Or know where to start looking to solve this.

Mine did this, sprayed and cleaned the rear light clusters and earths and it cured it.

Contact cleaner on light cluster connections should solve this.

I've cleaned, sprayed and re earthed the clusters on mine and the fog light still flickers on the dash sometimes... usually when its wet weather... which has the annoying result of my back windscreen wiper going every time I use the breaks or indicators... are there any aftermarket clusters available that are wired any differently?
