Just followed a 55 plate 182 blue at around 6:05 - 6:10 a.m (last letters of reg were obscured like someone had used ms paint to make it unrecognized) up the A611 towards hucknall from Bulwell, He turned off at the first island past the petrol station towards Rolls Royce, I continued on with my dog towards Lynby to take my him for a walk 
Got along side him at the island and he craned his neck when he saw me probs trying to see if he recognized me.
