Clio 1.2+ Laguna 2.0
After some looking into the rear drums i figured out that it is the part that makes the friction to stop the car that causes this, the strip that pushes against the drum that made the noise, poor quality ones will perish and cause this noise, renault original parts should do the trick! Am no expert but i thought it could help some people struggling to find a solutuion.
