ooh im not far off the best time for the pansies there, only a 100th of a second or so, ill get back on it in a sec and have another bash.

It's only a demo mate so it's free ;)

I've got a wheel but it's useless without a stand so I'm using the pad until I can afford one. I think you'd be able to be far more precise with the wheel, one twitch of the thumb and you're screwed with the pad!

I had a play about on the pad earlier, it's very sensitive.

I'll dig the wheel/seat out this week to see if I can do any better than my pitiful atempts so far.
 
I just can't get below 1:02:***

All aids off and manual no clutch

I even tried with the full sugested line on and I was slower pmsl!

I know where I'm loosing the time but every time I get that bit right I loose it somewhere else..

pad/abs/tcs/auto

can't see my time getting much better than that tbh, if i keep at it hopefully i can nip it down to 59 seconds or so.
 
For all the people with quick times with aids on, turning the aids off will actually make you quicker, start one at a time, manual you'll probably see the biggest initial difference, so you're in the right gear for the corner and the shifts are done at the right time so as not to unbalance the car.

i dont think manual really matters if you look in the top 20 fastest people nearly all have auto

From what I saw, most people had Manual. Auto is a full circle, manual is half circle, manual with clutch is no circle.

Plus, your time above should be in the 'pansies' section, for using the autobox :)
 
I need to get on this properly, spent about 30 minutes combined (two 15 minute stints) on it so far to knock out my lap time. Mate was over spend a good 45 minutes playing and the best he could manage was a 1.15 flol.

Just managed a 1:02.046, I've done a 1:00.xx but I must have clipped the grass.

That was with no aids and manual.
