Free air sub on shelf

I have currently got 12 inch sub in box, i am getting some coilovers and strut braces for the car. I dont want to lose the tunes so was thinking about getting a stealth shelf and dropping a free air sub in it. Has anyone done this b4 and recommend any good bits?

would need the stealth shelf to be secured tight from the movement and not pull up on the strings because it will probally jump up and down other wise. what about putting the sub in the spare wheel well?

Parcel shelf is a :nono: would'nt be safe either by any means
