"Free" international calls from mobiles? Scam?

I need to ring australia tomorrow from my mobile but don't want to ring up massive charges.

While looking to see how much it would actually cost (99p/min ) I came across these sites:

Can't say if they're legit or not. I use phonecards for phoning internationally, it's much cheaper imo

I'd use skype. Why does the phonecall have to be from your mobile?

Isn't skype one of the internet phones? I haven't got that set up.

If you are with o2 then you should be ok using those serives.

yeah i used it when my girlfriend went on holiday to aus, works a treat

Now to wait and see if mother screams at me when the phone bill comes in LoL

The other half has to call her parents in South Africa on their mobile as they have no land line. From BT its @£50p a min but normally find it for 6p a min using that site. I wonder how BT make so much profit ........

haha i was like that too, but i didnt get screamed at and I was on for 20 mins at a time
