Clio 197
It's been a while now... so I thought I'd post my thoughts:
Before anyone says anything: the tyres were swapped off the rims, so I'm on exactly the same tyres as before!
1) Braking isn't as it used to be - I've lost sharpness.
2) Turning isn't as it used to be - I feel a loss of steering sharpness too.
3) Bumps are bouncier! I can feel that extra weight through the steering, on bumps - the suspension feels slower to react.
4) Std ET45 is better suited to the Std suspension, but the ET37 was excellent with eibach sportlines IMHO.
5) Turning circle is marginally better with the std ET45.
I'd recommend lighter wheels for that little extra bit of sharpness, to anyone.
