Front ABS sensor

Just had a quick search but no good,

Just wondering if the front ABS sensors are side specific or if they can go on either side.

Any ideas? Got one lined up from one of the breakers in the for sale section.

Not sure but what problem are you having with yours just out of curiosity?

The cable which goes into the back of the sensor has broken away and you can see the wires, I now have an Abs and service light on the dash.
