Front and rear sealtbelt tensioners.

When hitting at curb the other week both my front and rear seatbelts tensioned. If I go to the scrap yard and manage to find two new seatbelt pretensioners and hook them up. Will they tension back up as soon as the car starts up? Or will they be alright? Can the rear ones be untensioned or are the same as the front and need to be replaced? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

same as front, no they will not go off again but u will need to reset the airbag ECU

Is it best to have the airbag ecu reset before I fit the new seatbelt pre tensioners? Or does it not matter?

u need to fit the new seatbelts first, else it won't clear, silly billy
