Front Bumper Fell off!! Help!?

Hello. Im new to this forum so not sure if im posting this in the correct area. Basically my girlfriend has recently brought a Mk2 phase 2 Clio and whilst driving around today her front bumper has just fallen off!!? Im sure this isnt meant to happen....can somebody please advise me or point me in the right direction as to how im going to be able to put this back on for her asap as she needs her car for work.

I'm in Kent....my girlfriend now thinks that somebody has reversed into her front bumper. Is the bumper held on with clips? Could it just be a case of replacing the clips and popping it back into place?

The sides of it (in front of the wheels) is just pushed and clipped in place
Line it up with wear it needs to be and give it a hit with the palm of your hand - it should clip into place

turn the wheels all the way to the left,
pull the arch liner of the drivers side back (unscrew it first)
push the drivers side of the bumper into the wing and screw it in
turn the wheels all the way to the right and repeat for the passanger side

I doubt that screw will still be there/capable of holding the bumper back on - if it's been reversed into and popped out
Probably broken the clip

Revels meant an actual picture of the car and how exactly the bumper has popped off lol.

Check if the screw holes on the bumper are still intact first

It fell off? It must have been held on with absolutely no bolts whatsoever? The entire time I owned my 172 it was only clipped in place and had the two clips on the grill under the bonnet on it and it never even moved an inch.
