Front Components/Read Co-Axials

what are the best 16cm components I can get that have nice crisp clear sound and can take a decent amount of volume without distorting? in the region of £100-£150? Would get co-axials from same brand. Would 16cm's fit in the rear of a clio mk2 ph2 with a little work? let me know guys
