front shocks?

  Fiesta ST2
Folks the last few days its been quite cold from 0c to 4c and when I leave my house there are alot of speed bumps. So ive been taking them extremly slow - more so than usual as the engine is so cold and just as its been so cold im hearing a strange noise going over them - only the first two or three then it goes awy. its not the normal air being compressed sound this is like a squelsh or plastic hitting something. Ive taken a look and everything seems fine any one any ideas what this could be? is it just because the car is cold ? it sounds like something is all icey and this is breaking it or something... probably sounds stupid cheers guys.

Adam.

Most likely the shocks getting very cold and stiff so you are just breaking that seal when going over the first few bumps. Keep an eye on it as if it gets worse and doesn't stop once the weather has warmed then it's most likely a leaky shock.
