Front Speakers For Williams

Right then
Going to do a install in the Williams 2, well that was untill I noticed that its got no speaker holes in the front door cards.

Has any body came across this before. I have had a looked at the ones in the dash but they are only baby 4".
Also dont want to cut the door cards up, and was thinking of getting some 16V ones, but then the trim on the cards wont match.

Any help would be great

Footwell builds mate its the only way. Can look very good if one properly though I have no pics to hand.

the trim can be changed (fabric insert)

Does the Trim part of the door card un-screw then??

no just pulls off. its glued on

Thats what Iam going to go for. Should have some 16v cards lined up.

Are they the same type of Grey??? as the williams??

yes as far as i know renault spend on to types of grey when one will do

Thought all williams came with door speakers. Thought only 1.2s etc didnt have them - oh well.

I didnt have any, till i cut out some holes and put some in. didnt bother replacing the door cards. i found them a ba*stard to remove.

i got the ones in the dash taken out... this took ages as they had to remove the dash and putting it back in was apparently a pain in the arse. I dont care now tho, cos the speakers in the front can actually be heard now! yay

I dont know if this is right but I think only the williams 3 has speakers in the door cards.

I took the ones out of the dash to have a look at and it took me about couple of mins. 2 screws, pull job done
