front suspension bang when turning corner

bascially when i go round a corner near full lock and hit a bump the front suspension on my 182 makes a bang and sounds like its falling to bits!
i
ve had a look and cant see anything wrong just wondering if anybody else has had these issues and how they solved them!

Could be any number of bits jack the car up get the wheel off and have a look on both sides of the car.

Mine was similar thing, wasn't really a bang, more of a knock. Ended up being a worn top mount.
