Front wheels jumping/scrubbing on full lock

I've had a look (and probably missed this) everywhere and haven't seen and obvious answer.

When on full lock, for example three point turning it feels like the front wheels are jumping because they are being dragged sidewards slightly. It only seems to be on full lock right.

Is this a tracking issue or something mechanical?

All 182's do this. The are over tyred. 172's dont suffer due to the 195, rather than the 205's fitted to the 182
