Thankyou very much Fred, with all the hype about what to and what not to use in the gearboxes that has stored confidence in it for me, good price from GSF too which is a bonus.
How often would you recommend changing it? In fact how often would you recommend changing the coolant and brake fluid too?
My 182 has done 72K and i'm damn sure only the engine oil has seen changes so £75 and some gearbox oil. eng oil, brake fluid and coolant up i'm good to go.

Cheers

depends on wht the car is used for really, road car box oil say every 2-3years, brake fluid should be every 2 years, coolant every 3 all IMO

It may eventually get a whip round a track once maybe twice a year max. Its not up to scratch brake wise yet though. Fluid and lines are being done this month and eventually pads and discs all round but not until the money is available. RStuner is on the cards too which can just about pay for its self. I'm after some sportlines too so i'm concentrating on that side of things before the funding come available to actually get it to a track.

2-3 years sounds good to me, cheers fred

Yep it will be fine. As with everything, there is always better if you want it but Fuchs is good stuff.
