Fuel & Brake lines running inside.

I’m looking at running braided fuel and brake lines inside the car.

The normal route seems to run them down the side of the exhaust tunnel.
My shell doesn’t have any exhaust heat shielding underneath, would anyone else be concerned about how hot the tunnel might get?

Anyone else run without the heat shields?

Mine has no heat shielding and I’ve never felt it get hot once.

I have no heat shields on mine with fuel and brake lines down the tunnel. I've only ever felt the bottom of my PMS shifter get slightly 'warm' once - as above it'll be absolutely fine.

As above, I run my fuel lines down the tunnel, no heat shield, no issues

Will be fine running next to tunnel. Use ptfe/teflon for the fuel hoses or it will stink & the prices of the fittings are eye watering if you need a few.
