Fuel Light & Fuel Remaining

Fuel light came on today and Ive done 21 Miles on it. With an Mpg of 28.

I filled up with £5 on the way home from work which got me 4.5 Littres.

But Fuel Light Is Still On?? Shouldnt 4.5L's fill the 4L Reserve up?? Or is something broken?

i have real issues with the fuel light on my 182, its so wrong you wouldnt believe.

it came on the other day when the car still had 16L still in the tank.
