fuel pressure regulator

i live between Peterborough and Cambridge, my clio has itb's cat cams 421's, k tec gen 90 ecu and ali race fuel tank and swirl pot with after market efi pump, i need to get hold of a fuel pressure regulator ASAP (ideally tomorrow) any ideas?

your choices are either to find a ph1 fuel rail with the regulator built in, or buy something like a weber 3bar FPR. Avoid adjustable regulators like the FSE boost valve as they're not very stable.

The slightly more expensive option, is to buy a clio specific jenvey fuel rail, with an FPR adaptor screwed on the end of it, and use braided fuel hose and proper fittings.

cheers, i have a phs 1 rail with return take off to tank, i have a cheap adjustable fuel pressure regulator on it atm, but its shite, so non adjustable is the way to go? does it want to be 3.5 bar at idle?

bin the adjustable thing and put a standard regulator back in. as per my above post, it's 3 bar
