fujitsu siemens laptop noise help!

ive got the above and you can here the fan or whatever it is every few mins (kinda sounds like xbox 360 or ps3 but on a much quiter scale) but turned it on today and everytime the fan thing comes on it sounds a lot lounder like the laptop is 15 years old or somehting, its like a lounder vibration noise, quite hard to describe, but this noise is guna get on my nerves.

any ideas what it is? can i stop it?

lol yer but this one is like a year old.

will be out of the warranty now.
prob get my mate to have a look at it to be honest

laptops fine just the noise is annoying lol
