Full load Koni settings

Is a softer setting better on the rear adjustable Koni Sport shocks?

Thinking if more load & hit a bump, this could be stressful on the shock, as well as my back! Hence softer better?

Or, is a harder setting better to cope with the extra load?!

It was mainly used at weekends.

I didn't see first part of your post sorry. I'd say harder, but depends how far your going. It's really the springs that will dictate the height and how far so I'd go hard to give it little movement.
