Gamecardsnow.com - anyone used them?

Did a search on google for some live points to get the Porsche pack on FM4 and the first one to pop up was looking good called gamecardsnow.com

Was just wondering weather anyone had used before? Order was confirmed by email instantly at 8:46am this morning and I've still now recieved the e-mail with the points code

Now the gamecardsnow website says it may take up to 12 hours to receive but I find it hard to believe now after reading the link, how long would you guys give it and would you first e-mail the company or go straight to PayPal for a refund?

Has anyone used these since? I should have checked on here first. Ordered Xbox live membership this morning at about 8:45, got a payment confirmation straight away but still no code :-( I did you use PayPal tho which is also linked to a credit card so should be ok if I don't get anything...right? Please say yes...

I'm a week in and still don't have a code.

I got sent the code after 9 hours - well a URL. When I clicked on it the field with the codes was blank. After that first attempt the URL just redirected me to their home page.

I raised a support ticket. After three days, several additional comments from me against the ticket, and not having heard anything from them at all, they closed the support ticket.

I'd also tried a request for the codes to be resent - got nothing.

I've not raised a new support ticket with them (5 days+ after they've taken the money) and referred the matter to PayPal as a dispute (the first step towards obtaining a refund). Apparently I now have to wait 20 days to give Gamecodesnow time to respond.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with online transactions. If this is not fraudulent than it appears that their customers services and support capabilities are non-existent.

Shocking. Avoid them, I think.
