My Sister asked me about them and don't know much about them. had a quick look in Argos and they do the rocker ones. I was thinking of getting more like a bucket seat or some sort with legs. Is it possbile you can get one for around £50 area

what there looking for is a comfy seat not for Driving games though, doesn't need to have speakers in the seat as he's got a head set for xmas. there only wanting to pay around £50

other option is a office leather chair. i'll pass on the link to them on the boysstuff like

Stay away from the x rocker ones. I had one a while ago and it was very uncomfy and skidded about. When I moved house I bought a cheap chair and foot rest from Ikea and its mega comfy.

Depends what your looking for in a gaming chair! If you just want a comfy chair, then go for a recliner or beanbag. If you want a simulator chair for driving / flying games then a playseat works. For surround sound, subwoofer, wireless sound transmission, vibration feedback and the like, x-rocker gaming chairs are really the best option. They have been much improved in the last couple of years. The range in price from £70 odd upwards.

Www.CoBotech.co.uk , http://www.menkind.co.uk/, amazon and eBay all have gaming chairs too.
