Gearbox oil + Clutch price help please

Just wondering how much it'd be to change gearbox oil in a 182, be done at a specialist just have no clue how much. Also, what will this really do for me, cars on 74k never been done I don't think, there's so many bloody receipts to look through lol.

Also, how much is a replacement oem clutch, mines absolutely fine at the moment just wondering as I asked and can't remember the price I was given haha, also at a garage, DDC if that makes any difference

garage done mine last week i bought the elf gear oil and they charged me 20 labour,if its never been done do it,

Had mine done too recently and it made a noticeable difference.fairly easy job tbh.

I charged £15 to do it on my drive for someone. It's a really easy job. If you seen it done once, you can do it yourself
