When playing multiplayer, is it horizontal split screen or vertical?

Surely if its horizontal it must hinder the experience slightly? Rainbow Six is vertical and plays superb. Maybe just got that in my head at the moment.

Anyway, havent tried multi yet with my mate, so would like confirmation and whether or not its any good split screen?

It's horizontal and yes it does take away from the experience, also mkes everything much harder to see.

its not all that greast split screen, unless you are both playing online.. infact 2 player campaign mode is good
