get these on your 197

  Clio 197 / Traffic Van
Had a set of Eibach pro-kit lowering springs, ferodo 2500 bake pads and some goodridge brake line hoses fitted this weekend at Jam-sport in Northampton, total cost £430 all fitted.
The car is sitting much nicer and will settle a bit more yet, took it for a razz last night and i do actually think it is a much better feel than standard, i was expecting it to bounce around but not atall, much more responsive, also looks just that much better but not over the top and chavvy!!!! needs spacers though i think.
As for the brakes i have'nt really bed them in yet but you can just tell already they are so much sharper and grabby, my old standard ones faded quiet alot, im gonna have some fun with this car now in a week or so.
Got 2 black speedline arriving this week and 2 next month as they are £190 f**king quid each from renault the robbing b******s.

Ill get some pics up soon of my mean black street machine.

I really reccomend the mods as its great value for money.

Have the KTR brakelines fitted to mine, didnt really notice the difference i gotta admit.

Heard good things about the DS2500's though, gonna have to give them a go next time round, let me know how they get on once bedded in.

Did you have your steering realigned, how does it handle differently now?

yer i dont think its the brakelines thats the real big difference but i thought while the works being done may aswell do that too. no i did'nt have it realigned, i did wonder about this but as its only 25/30mm im not sure its required, what do you think? ill be getting some new tyres with the wheels so dont want to be scrubbing them bad boys.

ill let you know about the handling, ive only had a quick go last night but does feel good, i was concerened that just springs would make the car bounce around like the days when a drove novas and rs turbos!! but that was a long time ago so guess spings have moved on since then. could'nt afford coils as the missus got her self preggers so got to cut costs.
