I gave my car into one of Elephants approved repairers (FJ Cipa panelcraft in Seven Kings, Essex) last week Monday to get the damage sorted that an uninsured driver caused and they are taking f**king ages to get the car done. On dropping the car off the guy said it would be ready the same week Friday. No call by Monday just gone so I called them.
Said they would return call but nothing after an hour so called back. After loads of waiting on the phone, she said it was in the paint shop, to be ready Thurs / Fri. Popped in there today and they knew nothing about when it would be ready, looked at each other suspiciously and then told me that the guy who knows about it is in a meeting and will call me.
2 hours later now and no phone call, so Im gna call them. Why would it take so long? Only a new qtr panel door skin and paint. Paint and oven should take 3-4 days max shouldnt it. Im getting worried something else has happened, why are they being so evasive?
I want her back NOW!
