Getting the ECU out the cage?

Do you need to be houdini to do this? Will be fitting a GEN90 shortly, and remember having a go at this randomly when my engine was out once, is there an easy method without damaging or bending anything?

I find a little Help from a wide flat blade screw driver helps You should bend anything really.

bit of leverage one end at a time in appropriate places. It's not too bad to do once you get it moving
