Good Deal for new clio?

My boyfriend is currently looking for a Clio, it's his first car as he's only got round to learning to drive, we went to a dealers yesterday and got offered £7200 for an unregistered 06 reg Clio Campus, this seems really cheap for a main dealer, but I don't really know how much they go for normally, is this a good price?

What good on-line companies are there also?

I think the campus is the cheapest clio? I think you'll get it cheaper still.....

you could probs pick up a dynamique used for a couple thousand less in like new condition though...

last time i was in Arnold Clark they had delivery millage pre registered dynamiques for £6,000 which is twice as good as a cheap ass campus.

atleast get a campus sport which is basically an extreme 4, the normal campus is a 1.2 8v which are slower than slow! (i know a couple of people who have bought them but "didnt care about speed" and have got rid of them for a 16v because they were dangerous when you had more than 1 person in them lol

Oh, ok, thanks, will carry on looking for a better deal, we was originally looking for a dynamique anyway. Martin,this one was the Campus Sport, 16V, it seemed fairly nippy for a 1.2, I actually quite liked it, though I think he should go with a 1.4 model, it didn't make much difference to insurance. Does the Dynamique come in a 1.4?

yes. and to be honest, its a completely different car to drive!

I'm doing pre reg clio campus sports with chill packs and metallic paint for 7499, plus a little discount for c/s'ers!
