Good Durable Metal Paint

I'm looking for a good durable metal paint preferably bushable. (Colour blue)
It's to paint the beaver tail on a recovery truck so will get tyres up and down it all day long.
Links to ebay auctions will be good so I can buy them now.

Also looking for a black paint for the chassis don't want it to be a sticky under seal as it gets touched a lot.

Every ones saying just hammerite it as its easy to touch up when it does get damaged.

But smooth or hammered?
