hello fellow nutters

I've got a 172Cup and it's driving me insane :clown:

I've got a creaking sound coming from the front of the car when moving off and putting my foot down, or when moving in first gear and then putting my foot down :S

it's not a knocking sound that you would associate with a broken engine mount, it's a creaking sound

help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anti roll bar bushes? suspension? dog bone mount bush? (dog bone not snapped, i've checked it)

Sounds like a dry bush, does it knock or creak when going over bumps?

Mine used to do this, it was the engine mount under the battery that needed tightening up.
