Goodridge Hose Question

Bought a set of Goodridge Brakeline Kit form Hose Solutions (will contact them tomorrow for advice but after an opinion first)

Its a Renault Clio 172 Sport - SRN00404-4p - 04/03/2008

4 hoses - two longer for the front - rear ones about 200mm.

Had my usual garage fit them & they fitted the fronts but say the rears are not direct fit - they will need a small piece of additional piping added - so they havent been fitted yet.

Is this right?

I was surprised not direct

any others expierence this?

Nope, the two rear hoses are for the flexi hoses over the rear axle. U don't need any other parts.

Yup. Your 'garage' were trying to fit them in the wrong place me thinks.

^ easy mistake for a DIYer but I would have expected better from a garage!!

They're probably looking at where they attach to the rear caliper, but when you think about it, the hoses get most wear and tear where they move which is where they go onto the axle!
