Still not sure on the 197, much prefered the Black 225 with the full leather.

Racing Blue on it

Last year I did not see everything, this time saw more stuff but not enough time to take it all in. Two days next year for me aswell. Not bad then, we did not leave till the end - was gone 10 by the time we got back.

Cool shots Rich, it was like Disneyland for petrol heads! :D

Cheers Steve, you name it, its pretty much going to be there!

Rich, truely awesome. You've notched the quality up another level or two in my opinion, best I've seen from you yet (and that's no mean feat as it is!).

I'm guessing it's down to practice, practice and more practice.

Cool Pics! I was there but my camera is not nearly half as good yours!!! Didn't get up to the paddock unforunately, would have loved to have seen the veyron etc up close. Got some good vids though!
If anyone wants proof of the Williams 0001 I took one of the plate on the dash! I love seeing old cars looking mint, they look so much better inside than newer cars with leather etc as we're used to seeing them clean! Usually I would never say that you should just garage a car but I hope that one is never driven!

Couln't believe there was an FXX there, so awesome. Hearing it set every hair straight on my body!

Was quite a fruitfull day too, went to a porsche specialist called "Cool It!" who modify porsches and do AC systems too. I saw a set of 996 991 4pot calipers on their stand and asked how much just to have a feeler... £200 + VAT!!! Front and rear calipers!!!! Their practically bolt on for the S2 (all you need is the RS2 carriers). They were off a 44k '99 991 carerra 2 which entered the gumball rally and melted its engine -abused by the driver! Luckily he had to break the car as he wanted to build a race car out of the vehicles identity and I have some cheap "big black" porker brakes for my S2! Not sure If I can fit the rears as I'll have to use alot of other parts to get the handbrake to work properly! Gonna get some 314mm A8 disks which apparently are really cheap and will need some pagid pads and the brackets (£100!!) and then im away!

Great pictures!

Really love goodwood, a true motor enthusiasts venue. Anyone do the 4x4 Toyota Experience? slow but interesting cars, somewhat wasted on the london terrain.

Beats the hell out of events like French Car Show! Would recommended it to anyone.
