I am using Fastplan which is a program for GPS
It creates .KML files for viewing routes in google earth. The problem is it will not load them automatically. I have retireved the actual kml file from windows temp folder and double clicked it.All that happenes is like what happens when I click load route in the fastplan program,- Google earth opens up but just stays on the viewfrom space and there is nothing loaded in the my places or temp places side bar on google earth.
The only way I can get the kml files to load is go to file and open in google earth itself and open the file that way, it then works and shows my routes. Please can you help to suggest why googl earth is not opening the kmlfiles on its own? Thank you
