Got another 172 cup! But it needs a service!!

Hi all,

so after being depressed that the summers gone and no more bike trackdays worth doing got me a winter track car, the mrs used to have a 172 cup as a daily driver and I always thought it was a great car but she wouldn't let me track it heh, and my 350z is a heavy old girl so sont fancy it on track really + will cost a fortune in brakes and tyres!! So I have just got a 172 cup, decent history belts etc done in-past 2 years so all good there, Standard except for de-cat, brembo disks n pads, poly bushed and vmax coilovers!

However done my first track day and all good except boiled the brake fluid.. Live in a flat with no driveway etc so can anyone reccomend a garage / specialist in berkshire to change to some decent fluid and do oil change etc for me?? (I'm in maidenhead) I know of ktek and 519 automotive but almost 2 hour drive.... Any recommendations??

re the brake fluid:

If its not lowered then you will be able to do the rears without removing the wheels and dependant on your build may be able to do it on the deck.

Fronts obviously need the alloys off but for such a minor job its well worth attempting yourself, get yourself a 1 man ezibleed and it will be done in less than an hour.

Local standard garage would be my choice for only those jobs. Just specify what fluid you want them to use.

Thanks all think ill do the oil myself and get a local garage to change the brake fluid to some 600, on another note always wondered where the old one ended up.. Anyone know where ht53 hxo is??

Do the brake fluid yourself if your going to do the oil anyway, you will have the front jacked up for the oil change
