Got my first 172 :-)

Hi all.

Ive ended up buying a clio 172 in silver i think its iceberg not sure.. Love it though got loads of plans for it.. pretty damn quick arnt they ! lol

anyway just thought id share my good news lol:rasp:

What reg is a phase 1 and phase 2 and whats the difference

In 2006 the Phase 2 model was facelifted with a restyled front and rear.

Ph1 is the older 2000ish-reg and ph2 from 2002-2008(?) something like that! Ph1 are slightly different, diff front end/rear bumper etc, diff interior and cable throttle but imho abit ugly.

Ph2: 2001-2003
Ph3: 2003 - 2005
Ph4 (Campus): 2006 - 2008 (maybe)

I think thats correct. I suspect someone will confirm either way.

ph1 172 are W X and a few on Y plates

172 cup will be a mk2ph2.
