Dont think you can bring presurised containers on aircraft (well I wouldnt want to fly with one what ever anyone says)

You should be able to take it on a plane. But you will have to take it on as hand luggage. Dont stick it in your suitcase.

its a really volitle mix that you spray in the airbox or throttle body if poss.

will ignight easier than petrol so helps the engine start ona cold morning or whatever.
