Green Stuff Or Red Stuff

My rear discs and Pads are Knacked so time to upgrade, Gonna fit standard discs to the rear, and the fronts are standard discs at the mo - New when i bought the car 4500 miles ago.

What pads do you reccomend, I liked the ebc greenstuff on my rover, so i want to stick with ebc. butshould i use greenstuff or try the upgrade to redstuff
