Greenlight insurance and Windscreens

Just got home tonight and noticed a crack in my windscreen right where the tax disk holder is. Its probs about 6" long so its pretty big!

I'll give them a call tomorrow anyway but just wondered if anybody had knowledge on Greenlight and Windscreen cover? I hear the ad on the radio for autoglass saying that most insurance companies will pay for the repair and it won't affect your policy, so was just wondering if they also offer this??

Take it they won't pay for this then any ideas on a price for this? Not going to be cheap with the sensor i guess

I'd assume you would just pay the windscreen excess and they would stump up the rest.

They will pay for a new windscreen minus your windscreen excess (it is different to your normal policy excess). I would check my documents but they are at work. Oh and it shouldn't affect your NCB!
