Greenlight - KGM

Had my renewal come throught yesterday. Not overly happy with it so decided to shop about.

After reading good reviews on here about greenlight i put in a quote with them.

This is the email i got back

Sounds goot to me as Tesco want just over 1k to renew.

Has anyone dealt with KGM before as as you can see, thats who the policy for me will be with. That quote was for the standard 182. I do plan in the next few months to add a few minor mods (Cat back, eibachs springs etc) Will i get any bother when it comes to adding these to the policy.

Yeah my renewal from Bell was a joke, got a better price from Greenlight but then Adrian Flux beat that as well!!

Got mixed reviews on Adrian Flux (Greenlight) but saving about £300 with them, let's just hope I never need to make a claim.

I found Greenlight quite unhelpful this year. Been with them for the past 2 years, I managed to find a quote through Chris Knott which was £130 cheaper than my Greenlight renewal. Phoned them and told them, only to be spoken to by a quite rude, arogant person who really couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day.

Give Chris Knott a try, they do discount for us in the Traders section on here.

Yea i noticed that, im turning 23 on sat though.

I have with my Trophy! - adrian flux wanted £870, went with Greenlight, Me, the mrs and father on it £460! can't complain at all.....plus I have 9 points too! and i just turned 26 in feb

Sweet, so ur 26 and with an over 50's specialist. lol.

As long as they insure us fine im happy with that. Are they mod friendly aswell?

The only thing which is the downside - they don't insure you for track days...but thats no problem really.

im insured with KGM via Greenlight on my clio 172ph1 with coilovers and exhaust, trackdays are not covered, neither is driving abroad etc. They were the cheapest at the time, not made a claim yet so not too sure how good they are at that side of things.

Guys at greenlight were just as any call centre lol robbed me of my money and that was that.
