Grinding/ Rattling Noise after changing Shock Absorber/ coil spring

Hello,

Yesterday I changed my drivers side Shock Absorber and Coil spring. I thought this went rather well....

However, took the Car out for a drive today, after 20 minutes of driving the Car I noticed a Grinding/ rattling noise had started coming from the Front of the Car. I quickly pulled over and checked if anything was unusual under the car - I couldn't find anything....

The Grinding/ Rattling noise only occurs when in gear and driving... When I press the Clutch in the Noise stops....

What could be wrong? - little worried?

i'm no expert but it sounds like a gearbox problem
