Originally Rockstar had contacted Daft Punk to do the soundtrack but they turned it down. Just imagine if that had gone through, you wouldn't be able to escape it on the radio

I don't think it's unexpected tbh, it's going to be very detailed and heavy for consoles that are getting on a bit now. I would like to see a performance mode to get 40 or 60fps, but nothing has been confirmed.

30FPS felt crap on V, so I imagine it won’t be a great experience on a game which will be as demanding as 6. The beaches on V almost look deserted compared to 6, the amount of npcs in the trailer was pretty mental. Unless they tone it down for the online mode, I imagine it’ll run poorly on anything below a PS5 pro.

I reckon they were targeting the PS6 and other future generation consoles, but that hardware has been delayed by memory and storage pricing thanks to the AI boom.

Will be very interesting to see how it actually runs, given what they’ve shown off in the trailers. I just don’t see how they’re gonna get really high performance even on a PS5 pro.

Visually it looked unreal. Difficult to tell from a trailer how well a game runs.

On PS6/PC this game will shine and what we’re getting on day 1 isn’t going to be the finished product imo, especially not at 30FPS.

Lol 30fps is cacka on PS5 that's terrible that is. I'd hope as with high demanding games on Xbox there's usually an option to run at 30fps high res or 60fps low res.

I loved Red Dead 2 though! I watched a video earlier on the "GTA timeline" and its made me want to play GTA V again. I enjoyed the story.

Properly got boring after a bit I think, massively overrated and missions were a bit samey I thought. Gta on the other hand, incredible. Can't wait for 6 now.

I'll get it day 1 but I feel like everyone is getting way too overhyped for what is going to be an offline story mode game. Not sure how many hours the story is supposed to be but once that's done what's really left? That's the thing with GTA that people seem to forget. I feel the online wasn't really what made this game for most people.

Hopefully they've actually added some depth to the story along with some good side missions etc to keep it going for a bit.

80-100 hours for the story , plus side missions.

I'll finish it in 2028.
