GTR2 laptimes - any car, any track - post them here

At the request of BenR :rasp: - can anyone with recorded laptimes in GTR2 post them here? Ideally, with a screenshot attached?

Not limits on track choice, car alterations, tyre choice, fuel onboard, etc - just let us know what you selected and what time you got. As posted on the other thread, my pitiful 1.32.799 around Donington GP circuit is just waiting to be blitzed. For that, I used the Saleen S7-R, swapped all the tyres to soft slicks and dropped the fuel load a fair bit.

We've plenty of console/PC racers on here. Let's see how good we all are!

I think the lap time records leader board is easy to set up

1) BenR (on his first lap he'll set the record no one will beat it. His record for PGR3 is still unbeaten on the ring I think.)

we should all just choose a track and see who gets the fastest time in any car, or choose a track and a car every day and see who gets the fastest.

Up for some Arselona action tonight - probably with an RSR. I'll try and get some decent-enough times set. The end of the start/finish staight is a good test of nerve. 170mph+, down to diddly squat....

1.49.597 - at Barcelona in an RSR. Soft slicks all round with 10 laps worth of fuel. Plenty of corners that I don't take fast enough - including the entrace to the start/finish straight. Just realised that it's possible in 5th gear. Oh well, back to the track!

Right, 1.27.610 is as good as i've got this evening at Donington in the Saleen (super soft, low fuel etc)

As you can see i was slightly up on the next lap, but ended up in starkeys bridge :clown:

Think I could probably do a lucky banzai lap in the 1.26's but not consistently. Respect to Ben's time, especially with a joypad!

lol........pick and choose.......there are a few tracks i havent tried tbh, not unlocked everything.

If you want the tracks but can't be bothered unlocking them, open notepad but don't type anything and save as SDNDTG.DYN(make sure the file extension is .DYN and not SDNDTG.DYN.txt) and drop it in the main GTR2 folder. Job's a good 'un all the tracks.

Worked for me, try downloading this file --->Leads to no-grip.net. You will have to register to download. You can get extra tracks there too.
