H&R coilovers are off!

I've finally got my H&R coilovers off, but cant get the damn platforms to move on the front. Anybody got any tips on getting these loose before i sell them?
Apart from that there in great condition. The rear shocks have only done about 6k and i paid £300 for them.
I need to get em free otherwise im gonna have to sell the whole lot for a silly price.

Any help would be great.

Soak them in WD40, put them in a vice and use a lever on the c spanner using a piece of pipe or something!

Thats what we did with a set! Worked fine to free them off
