Had my front camber adjusted....I think??

  GSXR + KDX220
I bought some Eibach camber bolts, put them in roughly roughly this morning and went to get them adjusted @ a 4wheel alignment place this afternoon.
I'm aiming for -1.5deg on the front with -0.05 toe.

Firstly, the car was put on the machine and I got a print out if its current spec.

It was off, naturally.....the NSF was -1.59 and OSF -1.19, toe was miles out, both around +0.6ish

I told them what I wanted it set to, and off they go. A little while later, I hear my car start up and get put back in the car park, guy comes through with a new print out showing its all as I wanted. Great I thought!

Driving home the car felt good, no pulling or wandering about, steering wheel straight etc

I stopped in a garage for jungle-juice and looked at the wheels and unless its my eyes (possible lol) the OFS seems to have more negative camber than the NSF :S......I think!
The more I look at it the more convinced I am but I'm unsure. I tried the spirit level accross the wheel but its hardly accurate and the ground may be off etc etc

Is there a way to measure it, even roughly to see if its completely different?

Solus, near Ipswich. Its an accident repair place but have all the gear to do it. Only cost £35 quid so was worth a punt.

However since that Ive been reading up so will be doing some measuring and calculating to see whats what ;)

I was trying to fit them and find somewhere all in one day. I will check them tomorrow first before deciding it was a waste of 35 quid though lol

If you take it somewhere else you may be able to get them to check it and if it is fine they probably wont charge you

I did think that, I think most tyre places do the free check but correction will cost thing. They'll definately want to correct -1.5degs back to stock figures lol

Did a few measurements and calculations this morning and it would SEEM that they are even, certainly not miles out like I thought it looked.

The hardest thing is getting it on level ground, Im kinda limited at the moment to where I can do it, but it seems even and -1.5 both sides. Ideally would like to check it properley though

Take it back and ask them to double check it because you think it feels a "little funny",be nice and don't cause a fuss.
They should be fine with that.

Just read the thread again,£35 for a full alignment is far too cheap tbh,if you think of the time it takes just to put the gauges on and get it all set up,that's £35 worth straight away.

All too cheap my friend.

them adjusted @ a 4wheel alignment place this afternoon.

This from 1st post,if the place was doing it correctly, they would wack all 4 wheels on as a matter of course,so at least you know where everything is pointing.

Half a job,waste of time.

I need to get mine done as it is miles out :(

I took mine to Autotest on the Airport Industrial Estate in Norwich and they are very good.
