Halfords peel off paint, anyone ever used it?

Used the eBay stuff before. You need to make sure you build up the layers. It's a b**ch to get off of its too thin

Would you think it's safe to put on car bodywork though?

Yes safe enough to put on paint. when your sick of it It will just peel off as long as you put it on thick enough

Yeah, basically plastidip. Not a permanent option. Matte finish. Easily damaged. Discolours quickly. I use this stuff to cover exposed bolt thread. Wouldn't say it's good for much else

I used a bit of plastidip at work to see what it was like.

Would not trust on bodywork.

That said, I put it on an awfully rough door (many poor coats of spray paint) so if you do use it, I'd make sure the paint was immaculate first.

Thinking sticker sets might be the best option, this one is epic for the price.
