hand grip spilt on steering wheel!

The right hand rubber grip has split on my steering wheel. Is there a way of replacing it or do i need a brand new wheel? I hope not!!

Ive superglued it just now which seems to have done the trick!

Its a common fault AFAIK, KDFs one is starting to split too. New wheel Id imagine.

You cannot buy seperate hand grips its a new wheel (expensive) unless you can fit it.

Cheers guys thats shocking that i need a whole new wheel just for a split hand grip, airbag and all! You would think that they would have interchangeable rubber grips to save cash!

If it splits any more, warranty work will be required but the superglue is good!

The steering wheel is commonly fixed (replaced) under warranty, in Australian anyway. It seems to be WAY too likely to happen. I would be getting the car in to Renault ASAP so they dont try and tell you it was your fault for leaving it somehow.
