Hankook V12 vs Uniroyal RS2

  182/RS2/ Turbo/Mk1
Road use with the odd track day! :)

As far as budget tyres go then, I would say paradas if you don't mind the fact they aren't great in the wet. Or pilot sport 3 if you have a few quid more to spend.

Definately not rs2 though, a dry track will murder them.

Just bought a couple of RS2 for my fronts - which are worn badly - but they were budget 'Accelera alpha' which i was stupid to buy....the RS2's seems good value considering the reviews theyve had.

As a wet tyre they are amazing value. Can't think of anything else for the same money that is so good in the wet.

Also awesome in snow too! Got up some crazy hills last year with 195/45 16 that most cars were stuck at the bottom of. Can't rate rs2's enough. Although I am tempted to try these vredsteins this time

Just read through this thread, still havent decided but I'm leaning towards the RS2's, my front tyres are nearly on the markers and I need to get an order in with cam skill.

Both are decently priced unless anyone can reccomend another similar tyre thats better?

205's

195 are really cheap. Anyone running 195 on 182 tyres currently and can give an opinion? have searched it all anyway but interested in current views.

£108 just for fronts to get through the winter sounds good to me, but ill pay extra if 205 will see me extra grip?
